RecoverCARE

DataCARE
DataCARE was incorporated after RecoverCARE was able to "playback" user data into screens. DataCARE automates data transfer between applications by automatically entering the data directly through the human interface of the target system. UserCARE
The UserCARE module is setup to understand User Behavior. User Behavior is essentially understanding what the user does with the machine from when they login to when they logoff. AppCARE
AppCARE or Application Performance is the action of understanding how long an application takes to load and navigate from screen to screen at the user desktop level. Being able to track when a user double clicks an icon to open an application or when they click a button, hyperlink or menu item how long does the next screen take to load. This information gives you the user experience with an application rather than tracking the network speeds, application server response times or database queries. HelpCARE
HelpCARE was designed to assist the Helpdesk to understand problems at the desktop. The ability for the agent to auto-sense an error and then report what the error was in what application with all the details down to how the user actually created the error makes remdiating helpdesk problems a lot easier. ManageCARE

SupportCARE
Imagine if you will... the ability for a PC to auto-fix itself. By utilizing DataCARE and HelpCARE, the SupportCARE module allows your IT staff to create scripts to auto-correct potential problems at the desktop. i.e. User John Smith gets a GPF in SAP, however to fix it... he needs to report the problem to the HelpDesk, the technician needs to remote in, change a few settings, and then the problem goes away.
